These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every competition published by the Promoter, including standard draw competitions and any instant result format where offered. If there is any conflict between these Terms and advertising or promotional copy, these Terms prevail.

To enter, participants may be required to correctly answer a Competition Question. Competition pages explain whether paid entry, free entry, or both routes are available.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each paid online entry requires payment of an entry fee.

Each competition opens and closes on the dates and times shown on the Website ("Opening Date" and "Closing Date"). All times are London, England time unless stated otherwise.

The Promoter may amend opening and closing times where reasonably necessary. Any updates will be shown on the Website.

Entries must be received before the closing time. Late entries are not accepted.

Competitions may include a total entry cap and/or per-person limits, shown on the relevant competition page.

• Standard competitions (paid route): select competition, submit answer to Competition Question, choose entries, proceed to checkout, log in/register, accept Terms, and complete payment.
• Instant result formats (where offered): follow the same checkout flow shown on the relevant page.
• Entry confirmations are sent after successful submission.
• The Promoter is not responsible for delayed or failed entries caused by technical faults, outages, or device/network issues.

Postal Entry Route: free entry into a Competition (including Standard Competitions and Instant Win Competitions) is available only where the following conditions are fully complied with.

• Postal entries must be sent using prepaid first or second class post to the address below.
• Hand-delivered entries are not accepted and will not be processed.
• Each entry must include:

• competition name/details; full name; date of birth; postal/residential address; valid phone number and email; and the correct answer to the Competition Question (where applicable).
• Incomplete, unclear, damaged, or unreadable entries may be treated as invalid.
• Multiple free entries may be submitted unless a specific limit applies, but each entry must be posted separately; multiple entries in one envelope/postcard count as a single entry.
• For Standard Competitions, entries must arrive before the Closing Date and before all tickets are fully allocated. Entries arriving within 48 hours of Closing Date and/or after full allocation may, at the Promoter's discretion, be transferred to a future Competition of similar value where available.
• For Instant Win Competitions, free entries must arrive before all available tickets are allocated, or (if entries remain available) no later than 48 hours after the Closing Date.
• If the maximum number of entries has already been reached before your postal entry is received, the entry will not be processed for that Competition unless otherwise stated.
• Proof of postage is not proof of delivery or proof of entry.
• Entrants must hold a registered website/app account before free entry can be processed, and submitted details must match account details.

For standard competitions, all correct entries go into a random draw. A winner is selected within 7 days of the Closing Date unless otherwise stated.

For instant formats, prizes may be allocated to pre-defined winning positions as described on each page.

Entrants may have names and entry numbers displayed for draw transparency. If you want to remain anonymous, email [email protected] at least 48 hours before draw time.

Winners and non-winning entrants may receive automated result emails.

Website credit may be granted through promotions, prizes, or goodwill, where stated. Credit can be time limited and will expire based on the terms shown in your account or promotion details.

Website credit has no cash redemption value unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Promoter.

Competitions are open to persons aged 18+, excluding employees of the Promoter, people directly involved in administration, and their immediate family/household members.

By entering, you confirm legal eligibility. Proof of age/identity/eligibility may be requested.

Automated, incomplete, or deceptive entries are invalid.

The Promoter may disqualify entries for abuse, fraud, hacking, tampering, or conduct against the spirit of fair competition.

Except where law requires otherwise, paid entries are non-refundable.

Prize details are shown on competition pages and believed accurate at publication.

The Promoter may substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value where necessary.

Unless specifically stated, prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

Vehicle, holiday, event, or property-specific inclusions/exclusions are defined on each competition page.

The Promoter's decisions on competitions and prize awards are final.

Winners are contacted using submitted account details, typically within the period shown on the Website.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim in time, the Promoter may redraw, reallocate, or dispose of the prize.

The Promoter may publish winner name and entry reference for transparency. To object, email [email protected] before the Closing Date (subject to legal disclosure obligations).

Prizes must be claimed directly by the winner unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.

Winners must keep account/contact details accurate and provide requested verification documentation.

Failure to provide required documentation in time may result in prize forfeiture.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for losses arising from participation, technical faults, delayed/failed entries, unauthorized access, or prize use, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Personal data is processed in line with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. Winners may be featured for promotional transparency unless they object in advance where permitted by law.

The Promoter may update these Terms at any time; the latest version is always published on the Website.

The Promoter may suspend, cancel, modify, or void competitions when reasonably necessary.

Competitions may proceed regardless of number of entries unless otherwise stated.

Competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with social platforms unless expressly stated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
